This one could be one for those ‘funniest videos’ shows as two convicts were almost able to escape.

The two prisoners who almost escaped were handcuffed together, but apparently they forgot about it. As they were trying to make their getaway, they ran opposite sides of a lamppost, slammed on each other and then they fell on the ground where they were picked-up by jailers.

The two prisoners were Regan Reti, 20, who had just been sent to prison for more than two years after being convicted of assault and Tiranara White, 21 who was in custody for allegedly stealing a car and violating parole.

TV One News showed a video of the escape and billed it as “one of the worst escape attempts ever seen.”

Like I said, it could land a spot someday on America’s Funniest Video.
